They don't look like damage if that is what you are wondering. Maybe a mount for cable routing?

RE the holes in the frame
All the cables look to run up the top like most MTB frames do these days.
Would seem like a funny place to have a cable mount.

Holes in carbon frame....Nope!
Those "holes" sir, are not holes at all. They are a reflection of what appears to be some recessed lighting in the ceiling.Originally Posted by craigsale
