    Default Cold Weather Pants?

So, winter has decided to arrive in Oklahoma City. I've been getting by with my shorts and a long sleeve shirt, BUT the 30 degree weather is a bit to cold for me to "man-up" so to speak. So, I'm looking for suggestions on what would be a good product to buy. I've read the article on cold weather gear from a year or two back, and I like those Smart wool arm warmers and I'm interested in knowing if there is anything out there along those lines for legs. Any suggestions would be great.

Also, is it alright to wear like a beanie under a helmet so my head doesn't get as cold on the frosty mornings?

I wear tights with wind stop in the front, but breathable in the back and have arm warmers with the same material. I try not to ride when it is below freezing though.

I might look into that bib set up.
